$39.90 per person.

• 1 activity (bowling or laser tag).

• 45 minutes Time Play (red or yellow card readers only - no additional Powertickets can be won).

• 400 Powertickets for each child.

• 1,200 Powertickets for the birthday child.

• Ticket Blaster Experience for the birthday child.

Party area is only available for the last 45 minutes of the party! Guests cannot enter earlier.

Party Policy

Booking Requirments:

• Minimum of 10 guests.

  • However, if the group has less than 10 guests the party can still go ahead, as long as the minimum payment for 10 guests has been met. 

• Deposit: $100 required at the time of the booking.

• Minimum age: 4 years old. 

  • This is due to the training of the Party Hosts and the overall experience for the guests and birthday child.

• Maximum age: 17 years old. 

• All party attendees must meet safety requirements (e.g. minimum age for laser tag is 6).

• Must be booked online via the website.

• Final payment is usually made on the day of the party (the venue team will contact the guest if payment is required any earlier).

• Gift cards cannot be used for payment of the deposit. Only credit cards via the website.

• PayPal is not a payment option available in-venue. 

  • PayPal is only accepted towards bookings made on the online booking engine. 

  • Accepted payment methods in-venue: cash, EFTPOS (card) and Gift Cards. 

Party Area

• Only available for the last 45 minutes of the party!

  • Parents cannot go in early to party areas to "set up" or "decorate" the party area. 

  • This is due to the party flow and the room is only given to the guests 45 minutes after their gameplay.

  • Party rooms/areas can change before the day of the party if the venue team need to make adjustments due to the different sizes of the parties. So we cannot commit to giving them a specific room/area. 

Cancellation/Refund

• The best practice is to try and keep the guest coming back to the venue:

  1. Firstly offer the guest to reschedule their booking.

  2. Secondly offer to leave a credit in Meriq. 

  3. Thirdly, if they want a refund, 3 business days notice is required to cancel and receive a refund.

Arrival

• Party organisers should arrive 15 mins prior to the party, and just 10 minutes if coincides with the opening of the venue

• If the party starts at the opening hours of the venue, just arrive 5 mins prior instead of 15 mins.

Other

• No discounted rate for parents/siblings who wish to play games separately to the party.

• Party specialists  will reach out to the guest 3 business days before the party to confirm party details.

Total Length:

Activity Lengths:

1. Main Activity

   • Bowling (1 hour)

   • Laser (20 minutes)

2. Arcade (45 minutes)

3. Ticket Blaster (10 minutes)

4. Prize Shop (15 minutes)

5. Party Area (45 minutes)

   • Always the last 45 minutes of the party.

Parents cannot enter earlier to set up.

Kids Meal & Allergen Disclaimer

Food Options:

• Chosen on the day of the party. They do not need to be pre-ordered. 

• Kids can choose one meal from the following options:

Drink Options:

1. Soft drink (in jugs to be shared).

2. Water.

Allergy Disclaimer:

*It is each individual's responsibility to safely manage their own allergies. Information for allergenic ingredients of menu items is available upon request. TEEG is unable to guarantee that any food item prepared in our venue is free from traces of allergens.

Internal team reminder:
• We never tell a guest that a meal is free of anything, as it might still contain traces of allergens.
• Only give the low allergenic special requirement meal options IF requested by guests.
• The demographic of this venue also will have a lot of Jewish guests requesting kosher parties requesting self catering. unfortunately this is not something we will be able to cater for birthday parties due to our food licence with local council.

Ticket Blaster Experience

The Ticket Blaster is a glass booth where the birthday child is placed. It is filled with Powertickets that can be used to redeem prizes at our prize shop. Once the door is closed, air blows from the bottom, scattering the tickets all around the booth. The child then tries to catch as many tickets as possible before the timer at the top runs out. These tickets will be added to the birthday child's already included amount of tickets that they can redeem.

• This is only for the birthday child as part of the birthday party packages.

• You cannot purchase the ticket blaster separately.
