Party Package Pricing & Inclusions

$32 per person.

• 1.5 hours Time Play on red and yellow card readers.

• 2 claw games.

• 400 Powertickets for each child.

• 1,200 Powertickets for birthday child.

• Dedicated party area (45 minutes)*

• Powercard and lanyard for each child.

• Dedicated party host.

Party area is only available for the last 45 minutes of the party! Guests cannot enter earlier.

Party Policy

Booking Requirments:

• Minimum of 10 guests.

  • However, if the group has less than 10 guests the party can still go ahead, as long as the minimum payment for 10 guests has been met. 

• Deposit: $100 required at the time of the booking.

• Minimum age: 5 years old. 

  • This is due to the training of the Party Hosts and the overall experience for the guests and birthday child.

• Maximum age: 17 years old. 

• All party attendees must meet safety requirements (e.g. minimum age for laser tag is 6).

• Must be booked online via the website.

• Final payment is usually made on the day of the party (the venue team will contact the guest if payment is required any earlier).

• Venues that offers only the Ultimate Gamer Package are allowed to have outside food and drinks.

• Gift cards cannot be used for payment of the deposit. Only credit cards via the website.

• PayPal is not a payment option available in-venue. 

  • PayPal is only accepted towards bookings made on the online booking engine. 

  • Accepted payment methods in-venue: cash, EFTPOS (card) and Gift Cards. 

Party Area

• Only available for the last 45 minutes of the party!

  • Parents cannot go in early to party areas to "set up" or "decorate" the party area. 

  • This is due to the party flow and the room is only given to the guests 45 minutes after their gameplay.

  • Party rooms/areas can change before the day of the party if the venue team need to make adjustments due to the different sizes of the parties. So we cannot commit to giving them a specific room/area. 

Cancellation/Refund

• The best practice is to try and keep the guest coming back to the venue:

  1. Firstly offer the guest to reschedule their booking.

  2. Secondly offer to leave a credit in Meriq. 

  3. Thirdly, if they want a refund, 3 business days notice is required to cancel and receive a refund.

Arrival

• Party organisers should arrive 15 mins prior to the party, and just 10 minutes if coincides with the opening of the venue

• If the party starts at the opening hours of the venue, just arrive 5 mins prior instead of 15 mins.

Other

• No discounted rate for parents/siblings who wish to play games separately to the party.

• Party specialists  will reach out to the guest 3 business days before the party to confirm party details.

Party Flow

Total Length:

• 2.5 hours 

Activity Lengths:

1. Arcade (1.5 hours)

   • *Add-on activities (Laser Tag, Spin Zone) are done within this time. No additional time is added for these activities.

2. Prize Shop (10 minutes)

3. Party Area (45 minutes)

   • Always the last 45 minutes of the party.

Parents cannot enter earlier to set up.

This flow cannot be altered and is the same for all venues.
