There are a few instances where Confirmation Emails might go missing. We suggest the following:
- Checking your spam box first. Confirmation emails can sometimes end up in your junk or spam mailboxes so we suggest looking here.
- If you have paid via PayPal, please check the email address linked to your PayPal account. This can sometimes be different to the email you would normally use.
- Your payment may not have been processed and therefore the booking has not been completed. Please check with your financial institute to see if payment has been completed.
